The Municipality of Velsen
(The Netherlands) and the city of Galle, Sri
Lanka, have a twinning programme.
New projects are judged by the NAAL. The money
flow from Velsen to Galle is going through the
NAAL.
The NAAL is inspecting the progress of
running projects in Galle.

Too, between Velsen, Galle
and NAAL, the agreement has been made that a new
project first has to be started before the first
instalment will be done.
The NAAL has been approved a
very important partner for SOS Velsen and Galle
City.
